Let us introduce ourselves…

As we’re opening our Heraklion office, we’d like to take the opportunity to explain ourselves. Fairlo might be born in Stockholm but in our hearts we feel truly connected to the Cretan people, culture and lifestyle. 

Let’s start with the Cretan people. Including and welcoming, warm and friendly, creative and intelligent. Now add the culture. Centered around family, rich in character and history, dynamic and ambitious. And last, but definitely not least, there’s that unique Cretan lifestyle. The good life in a beautiful setting, with brightly blue ocean beach fronts and a vivid restaurant scene with world class cooking.

So yes, we feel a special bond to Crete and the Cretan people, and that’s why we’re opening our second office in Heraklion. We want to take part and submerge into what Crete has to offer at the same time we want to contribute with what we do brilliantly well - offering a dynamic hybrid working environment with freedom and space, with balance between work and life. The office is designed to reflect just that, a balance between innovative forward motion and caring well-being. The same way we strive for fairness and a deeper meaning in our product, we strive for the same with our people, culture and spaces.

We want to contribute to the community, bringing state of the art tech know-how as well as our unique corporate philosophy. We do it because of that special bond but more importantly, we do it because it’s just good, smart, business to tap into Crete’s potential. Two leading tech universities, sharp minds and next level creativity. It’s good, smart, business because our ambitions align.

In summary, we’re here to support the hidden gem that is Crete. We’re here to tap into its catalyst properties and we’re here to increase its visibility, making a joint journey on the international tech arena.
